Fucking Training.... trying to kill people..

yes. yes we did 15 times of seven heaven. and 15 times of five level running. so i visited the 5th storey more than 30 times yesterday...

for ur info. seven heaven is running up 7 floors up another 100 m down 7 floors another 100m.... counting 5040 steps altogether. then had training summore. end of the day. calf pain. =(

today was boring lar. fridays boring lessons. cannot go training. cannot run. got tuition... combo siah. slept for a while before going tuition. going to visit mark after school with fadhil i think tomorrow.....sad for Mark..
